13th February 2013: Robert Mitchell Big News Update: Cover of JazzUK for FEB/MAR with full featured article, Hi-FI review + brand new Promo Video for ‘The Glimpse’
In just five days we release the debut WWR album ‘The Glimpse‘ from world-renowned composer, pianist, bandleader, music conceptualist, and educator Robert Mitchell, and he has been busy indeed. Currently on a 20+ date tour in support of the albums’ release (and he is keeping an up to date and fascinating tour blog) Robert has had some great press as of late including a full featured article and appearing on the cover of JazzUK magazine for their Feb/March edition, which is big news indeed.
The album is already being heralded as groundbreaking and innovative for being a left-hand only solo piano record, and one that already is regarded as a powerful addition to this area of piano music.
