13th August 2013: Partikel’s Duncan Eagles and Max Luthert To Open For Bass Legend Ron Carter and Singer Tania Maria at Ronnie Scotts, London

Catch WWR artists Duncan Eagles and Max Luthert performing as a support act to bass legend Ron Carter at Ronnie Scott’s this August on Mon. 19th, Tues. 20th and Wed. 21st and then for Tania Maria on the Fri. 23rd and Sat. 24th with the Benet McLean band, with Mike Mondesir on drums.

Duncan and Max both feature on Partikel’s Cohesion which released last year on Whirlwind Recordings to critical acclaim, mentioned by All About Jazz as “an emerging force on the UK scene….a strong ensemble with a powerful set of tunes” and by Jazz UK as “a masterclass in the art of the trio, with music that is eloquent and articulate.”
