Bernabe Jurado is the third release from Monocled Man, the brainchild of trumpet player/producer Rory Simmons – featuring guitarist Chris Montague and drummer Jon Scott. This EP glues together the atmosphere of Massive Attack inspired dub and Fourtet influenced ambience – with freewheeling improv amongst the trio itself. Four tracks of delay drenched trumpet, choppy guitar lines,  chewed up drum patterns and brooding production unfold around melodies penned by Simmons.

Monocled Man will have an EP Launch on the 8th and 9th April at Elrings Jazz Club, Aarhus, Denmark.
