19th September 2011: Mark McKnight on Tour, Lighting up the UK with reviews for ‘Do or Die’

Guitarist Mark McKnight is currently on a British Isles tour in support of his first WWR album ‘Do or Die’  The press campaign is underway and great news is coming back to us.  There’s been a lot recently.  On the 21 of this month, tracks from his album will be available to you Scottish BBC listeners on The Jazz House BBC Radio Scotland, an Interview with Helen Mayhew took place on Sept 18th on Jazz FM (worth a listen go to their site HERE), Marks’ tour dates have gotten critics pick in both the Financial Times and Telegraph for the week of the 19th Sept for ‘must see’ live music, and a nice preview from the Yorkshire Post HERE, a great album review from Newcastle Based website ‘Bebop Spoken Here’ HERE, another strong review from Midlands based ‘Jazz Breakfast’ website HERE, and finally, a super review of the album from London Jazz site which also gives a great shoutout to the sound quality of the album, a key goal of all WWR releases click HERE!  A busy time for Mark offline and online!
