Laura Taglialatela is a vocalist, composer and arranger born in Naples, Italy. A close association with altoist Logan Richardson led to a collaboration on the latter’s album Afrofuturism, released in 2021.

She is currently working on her second album, to follow the successful debut The Glow from 2018. On Afrofuturism, Taglialatela offers an elegy for much-missed pianist McCoy Tyner.
